This part of a two-storey, semi-detached house is only 350 meters from the tourist harbor. On the ground floor you will find a covered outdoor area, fully-equipped with kitchen, barbecue, table, chairs, armchairs and sofas and a shower (hot/cold), perfect when returning from the sea. There is also a sitting area with a TV corner, a kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The house is just a few meters from a large supermarket (open both summer and winter) and a few meters from one of the most famous bars in the region. It is also not far from the newsagents and tobacconists.

Marina di Ragusa is known for its peacefulness, cleanliness and quality of life, huge sandy beaches, crystal clear sea and its characteristic alleys. The city also has many clubs, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors. Another highlight is the majestic marina.
